"Jo assisted me to identify a number of skills and also experience that I already had which I alone could not see. My assumption of not having these skills held me back from applying for higher level positions. As a result of coaching I was able to see the number of skills I had which resulted in me applying for and achieving a higher level position". Kama Connolly, Dept of Correctional Services, July 2010

Coaching Sessions
Coaching is provided either face to face (generally in your workplace) or via telephone. Telephone coaching suits clients who don’t want to spend time travelling to appointments, who want the freedom to engage in the process in their own space, who travel frequently or who are based outside of Adelaide. Many clients prefer phone coaching as it enables them to really focus on the coaching conversation without distraction.
