"Jo assisted me to identify a number of skills and also experience that I already had which I alone could not see. My assumption of not having these skills held me back from applying for higher level positions. As a result of coaching I was able to see the number of skills I had which resulted in me applying for and achieving a higher level position". Kama Connolly, Dept of Correctional Services, July 2010

Career Coaching Packages
Whilst career coaching is highly individual, targeting your specific needs and supporting you to find solutions that work for you, we have developed three different types of coaching packages which have become very popular with our clients. You’ll probably find one that suits what you want to achieve and where you are in your life right now:

Vocational assessment tools
We use a range of simple vocational assessment tools to help employees learn more about themselves. We also use the Harrison Assessment Tool to help identify your behavioural preferences against 156 work-related traits. This assessment allows you to match your preferences to specific jobs and to generate personalised career options and targeted career development strategies.
- Paradox: Describes the impact of combinations of individual traits, providing a unique insight into how you behave under different circumstances, and giving guidance for developing relevant and productive work-related behaviours
Coaching is provided either face-to-face or via telephone. Telephone coaching suits clients who don’t want to spend time travelling to appointments, who want the freedom to engage in the process in their own space, who travel frequently or who are based outside of Adelaide. Many clients prefer phone coaching as it enables them to really focus on the coaching conversation without distraction.
Get started by booking an introductory session
If you’re unsure about whether coaching will meet your needs, why not make an appointment for an introductory session? During this session, we’ll talk about your current goals and challenges, and you’ll experience the power of coaching. At the end of the session, we’ll decide whether to continue with coaching, and if so, how we would work together.
