For most of us, the job we do is an extremely important aspect of who we are. Our job is part of our identity, representing the realisation of our interests, values and capabilities. Often we spend as much time at work as we do on all other aspects of our life.
So we want to be happy at work, right?
Why is it that so many people are unhappy, unfulfilled or dissatisfied at work? It could be because we fell into a job that was only partly suitable, we never really explored our options fully or we started out satisfied but something changed.
