About PB Performance and Development
PB Performance and Development was established by Jo Saies in 2006 as an Adelaide-based consultancy serving South Australia and beyond. Since that time Jo has supported hundreds of clients to achieve their personal, professional and organisational goals through one-to-one coaching, face-to-face group training, facilitated team development and organisational-wide performance and development projects.
Jo’s expertise is in the science of human behaviour, in particular what motivates and drives sustainable performance, and how we can influence this in ourselves and others. Whilst PB Performance and Development has developed specialist expertise working within the Aged Care, Disability and Community Services sectors; with Professional Services providers, particularly Legal Services; and with both Commonwealth and State Public Sector agencies, we have also delivered many successful projects across a broad range of public, private and not-for-profit clients.
Here’s what Jo says about the motivation behind the business:
I want to live in a world that values deep human connection, where people feel good and function well, and where society is flourishing. I want to live in a world where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential – not only for themselves, but for the benefit of each other, their employer, their family and their community. And I want to make a contribution to this vision through my business and the way I lead my life.
At PB Performance and Development, we’re driven as individuals and as a business to be the best that we can be – so we can help create workplaces, communities and ultimately a world in which everyone can achieve their personal best.
