Women Inspire Mentorship Program

Embracing the “The Year of Women in Local Government”, the City of Charles Sturt established a pathway for local women to aspire to positions of leadership and influence. The project “Women Inspire” was established to engage three levels of participants, with each level supporting and learning from the others.  PB Performance and Development was engaged to design and deliver a series of training modules for the Council staff and local high school girls to support the success of the program.

The workshops were fun, engaging and inspirational, equipping the women with leadership, networking, communication and mentoring skills, as well as the confidence to make the most of a mentoring relationship.
