State-wide Performance Management Training Design

PB Performance and Development was engaged by the SA Department for Education to support the rollout of a new Performance and Development policy and guideline to the Department’s 30,000 teaching, support and administrative staff across the State. Jo developed and documented a comprehensive training strategy, scoped and prepared content for a series of on-line learning modules and live webinars, and designed training content, methodology and facilitator’s guides for the core face to face learning modules.

Feedback from the client indicated that expectations were exceeded in terms of contemporary subject matter expertise, productivity and ability to understand and deliver on client requirements
