Performance Management Masterclass (Singapore)

PB Performance and Development was invited to design and facilitate a 3-day Performance Management Masterclass in Singapore for senor HR professionals. Participants came from the Asia Pacific region from public, private and not-for-profit sectors. The Masterclass was tailored for senior HR, Organisational Development, Talent and L&D Managers to provide contemporary performance management theory and practical strategies for managing and developing employee performance throughout the organisation.

The Masterclass first examined the principles and development of organisational performance management systems, and then covered the skills, tools and activities needed by managers to effectively manage and develop the performance of their staff. The varied learning methodologies emphasised practical exercises, interactive discussions and real-life case studies.

On the final day of the Masterclass, participants were challenged to apply their learning through a practical project exercise and were supported to develop the tools to implement change upon returning to their work place. The afternoon session wrapped up the Masterclass with a series of industry speakers including Senior HR Managers from AMCOR, Malaysian Airlines and Societe Generale sharing their experiences in performance management within their organisation.

PB Performance and Development has since been contracted to deliver future programs in both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
