Christmas is a time of great happiness and good cheer, when we spend time nurturing important relationships and practicing kindness, appreciation and gratitude. ‘Yeah right, what planet are you on’ I hear some of you say! Happiness doesn’t just happen because it’s a certain time of the year or because the media and commercial marketers direct that it should be so. Like anything worthwhile in life, we have to work at happiness – we have to understand what leads to happiness and how we can create if for ourselves and others. HAPPY is a feature length documentary that leads viewers on a journey across 5 continents in search of the keys to happiness.
